Aquamouth: the online portfolio of Timothy Gibson
Hello! My name is Timothy Gibson. I am a designer based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee who is passionate about designing and expressing my creative talents in an online environment. I began designing web pages in 2001 when I began an online journal. Since then, I have offered a complete web solution ranging from website creation and design to maintenance for various clients. I prefer hand coding as this enables me to build web pages that meet W3C web standards. I adapt content for web display by compiling and updating information as needed in addition to checking fact to make sure they are correct. I work closely with clients to understanding their needs for their website.
While my main expertise is web design, I also enjoy digital compositing and animation. I place pictures in motion to create animation.
I accept challenges in a serious manner, achieve goals with patience and persistence, and assemble data and facts to make and support important decisions; placing an emphasis on logic. I am self motivated with the will to succeed in every new challenge and use past experience to develop future ambitions. I am an excellent communicator at all levels and exhibit a natural flair for leadership. As a creatively educated and well-informed citizen, my hobbies include studying foreign languages, listening to NPR, and reading graphic novels.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications in 2008 at Middle Tennessee State University.
